The Family You Choose
Rooted Together provides housing, supportive services, and essential resources to foster youth, creating a lasting sense of family and belonging as they grow, heal, and thrive.
No Youth Should Transition Alone
Each year, thousands of youth transition out of foster care without the support systems needed for adulthood. Without intervention, these challenges significantly increase the risk of long-term instability.
- Housing instability and homelessness
- Food and financial insecurity
- Limited access to healthcare and mental health services
- Barriers to education, employment, and transportation
